Governance
All NCRI activities are overseen by the NCRI Board which makes collective decisions about the projects to be undertaken.
The Board does not itself allocate funds; when the Board agrees a new activity, individual members are invited to participate and to contribute funding. Because the member organisations all have different missions, this leads to different partnership groupings for the range of activities that we promote.
Delivery of NCRI activities, as outlined in the current Strategic Plan (2008-2013), is monitored by the Board and also published in the annual Operating Report.
