Accountability
Each year we publish an Operating Report which itemises achievements and summarises any change to NCRI’s plans in response to new imperatives. Current and past copies of these reports and previous Strategic Plans are listed below:
Meeting Partners' Needs
Towards the end of 2006, NCRI commissioned an independent survey of the views of partners and other stakeholders to ascertain whether it is delivering what the partners want, and to inform preparation of the next NCRI Strategic Plan.
The survey, completed in March 2007, found that overall NCRI is meeting the needs and expectations of partners and that the current structure is fit for purpose. At the same time, some constructive suggestions for improvement were made, particularly in the areas of communication and stakeholder engagement.
