Amending an abstract
You can amend an abstract via the online system until submission closes. After logging in, you will see a list of the abstracts that you have submitted. Click on the abstract that you wish to change.
The process of amending an abstract is the same as the original submission process, except that the submission form will be automatically filled in with the answers that you gave previously.
When you reach the final step and click ‘Finish’, you will be sent an email confirming that the abstract has been amended.
Please note:
If you wish to amend a general abstract
You will need to forward your amends directly to the Conference Secretariat as these abstracts have already been reviewed and, if accepted, included in the Poster Abstracts book. Please note that no changes will be accepted after 30 July 2011.
If you intend to submit an updated version of a previously submitted abstract as a late breaking abstract, please start a new submission with a new reference number.
If you wish to amend a late breaking abstract
If you would like to view your abstract or make any further amends before 31 August, please log back into the system using your username and password.
You should contact the Conference Secretariat for any changes after this date. Please note that no changes will be accepted after 14 September.
