Poster presentation guidelines

If your abstract is accepted for presentation at the Conference you will be required to present it as a poster.

Please note: if you are invited to give an oral presentation it will be in addition to your poster presentation. The oral presentation will take place during one of our proffered paper sessions. You will still be required to present your poster in one of the poster sessions.

Size limitations

Portrait orientation and no larger than 2 metres high and 1 metre wide to ensure it fits on the poster board.

Onsite instructions

  • You may put up your poster any time from 08.30 onwards on the day of your assigned poster session. However, we strongly encourage you to hang your poster as early as possible on the day.

  • Posters are available for informal viewing throughout the allocated day of their presentation.

  • Velcro dots will be available for hanging posters onsite at each board

  • One of the authors of the poster is required to be present with the poster during the assigned poster session, details of which will be available by the end of February 2012
