Exhibition Information
The Conference Trade Exhibition is a prime opportunity for you to showcase products, technology and services, promote your organisation and create invaluable contacts within the UK cancer research community.
To book a trade exhibition stand for the 2012 Conference, please email our exhibition co-ordinator or contact the NCRI Cancer Conference Secretariat. Places are limited, so we advise early booking to avoid disappointment.
The 2012 NCRI Cancer Conference is being held at The BT Convention Centre in Liverpool, UK, from 4-7 November. As in previous years, the Conference will involve a mix of high quality plenary, symposia, and parallel sessions, together with poster sessions and industry-sponsored commercial workshops, over a period of four days.
The Trade Exhibition will be an integral part of the Conference and care has been taken to ensure a high level of exposure to the delegates. Time has been set aside within the scientific programme for exhibition and poster viewing. Poster displays are integrated with the Trade Exhibition and each poster session features new posters to ensure that delegates repeatedly visit the exhibition area.
The Trade Exhibition will open on Sunday 4 November 2012, with drinks being served from exhibition stands. The area will also be the venue for refreshment breaks and lunch - included in the delegate fees - thus helping to channel delegates to the stands.
In addition to showcasing their organisation, exhibitors benefit from:
- Acknowlegements in the Conference Literature and on the Conference website.
- A free fifty word company listing in the Poster Book and Trade Exhibition Guide.
- A 'Passport Competition', increasing the flow of delegates to the exhibition stands of participating companies.
- An updated delegate list will be provided free of charge for a single post-Conference mailing.
