Exhibition Package at Learned Society Rate
(Government Organisations, Learned Societies and Charities only)
2m x 2m Charity stand £1,800 plus VAT

 

Exhibition Stand Space is available in Hall 3 of the ICC on a first-come, first-served basis.

All stands come equipped with:

  • shell scheme including company name panel
  • stand carpeting
  • one electrical package (one 500-watt power socket, two spot lights)
  • one furniture package (one 6-foot trestle table, two chairs)

Further inclusions to the exhibition package are:

  • complementary registration for up to two company executives, including lunch and refreshments for each exhibition day
  • two registration packs including Conference literature and delegate list

Additional executives may register through the online registration system. If attending for one day, please select the relevant day. However, if attending for more than one day, please register as a full delegate by selecting the 'industrial/commercial' category.

Exhibition space at the Learned Society rate is limited. The Exhibition Coordinator and the NCRI Conference Secretariat must approve applications for Learned Society Rate exhibitors. The organisation must be a Government entity, Learned Society or charitable organisation (the Charity Registration number must be provided at the time of booking).
