Payment and Cancellations
Payments
Credit card payments will be deducted in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards.
If paying by cheque/bankers draft, an invoice will be issued within 5 working days after registration has been received. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with remittance or write your booking reference on the back of the cheque. If you are an institute paying for multiple delegates, all booking reference numbers must be indicated on the remittance.

Cancellations
Conference Registration
Cancellations of registration can only be refunded if the cancellation is made
on or before 10 September 2010. All refunds after this date up to and including 30 September 2010 are subject to a £30.00
administration fee that will automatically be deducted from your
refund. Cancellations made on or after 1 October 2010 will not be refunded.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Social events
To receive a refund cancellations must be made on or before 30 September
2010. No refund will be given after this date.
PLEASE NOTE: All refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the Conference finishes.
Receipts will be issued upon request.
