Payment and Cancellations

Payments

Credit card payments will be deducted in Pounds Sterling (GBP). We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards.

If paying by cheque/bankers draft, an invoice will be issued within 5 working days after registration has been received. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with remittance or write your booking reference on the back of the cheque. If you are an institute paying for multiple delegates, all booking reference numbers must be indicated on the remittance.

Cheques should be made payable to NCRI Conference. Payment terms are 30 days. Please send cheques/bankers drafts for the attention of:

Cancellations

Conference Registration
Cancellations of registration can only be refunded if the cancellation is made on or before 1 September 2008. All refunds after this date up to 9 September 2008 are subject to a £30.00 administration fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Cancellations made after 9 September 2008 will not be refunded, however, you can substitute someone else to take your place. Please inform the NCRI Conference Secretariat if you wish to make such a change. All cancellations and name changes must be made in writing.

Social events
To receive a refund cancellations must be made on or before 9 September 2008. No refund will be given after this date.

PLEASE NOTE: All refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the Conference finishes.

Receipts will be issued upon request.
