A poster developed by our Consumer Forum (our network of people affected by cancer) won ‘Best patient/carer poster’ at the recent Cancer Data and Outcome Conference.
NCRI has a forum of patients and carers whom we refer to as ‘Consumers’. This is a group of people who have been affected by cancer, and represents the wider patient/carer community in a professional capacity as members of NCRI’s Clinical Research Groups and initiatives.
The poster presented an analysis of data showing that patient experience is enhanced by participating in research.
